I’m a qualified Breathwork Therapist and a certified Avalon Rose Priestess, as well as a yogi and meditator with 30 years’ experience. I’m excited to hold space for you to experience unity consciousness and to know yourself as the love that is love that is love… and share your true self in the world!

Breathwork is a science-backed life-changer for anything from managing stress to unlocking your intuition and healing powers.
I’m a certified holosomatic breathwork therapist, and I trained with highly-respected, CMA/CPD-accredited Innercamp, which is a member school of the International Breathwork Foundation.
I’ve also developed my own breathwork method, Intuitive Breathwork, for those who prefer gentler, less dynamic (but, I believe, just as powerful!) breathwork. Healing, harmony, inner wisdom, passion, purpose, and a deep and profound connection to the love that is love that is love - that you are, that you are, that you are… Intuitive breathwork takes you deep into the body, the energy system and your own heart of oneness to know your divine essence. And gives you the grounding, resilience and confidence to share it with the world.

One to One Holotropic Breathwork sessions are 2 hours long, via Zoom, at £200.
One to One Intuitive Breathwork sessions are 1 hour 15 minutes long, via Zoom, at £144 per session and £444 for four sessions.
The Mystic Heart Meditation Group
In this one hour Zoom group, we’ll come home to our mystic heart and connect with our true, divine, nature.
Together, we’ll dive deep into the beloved presence of Mary Magdalene, Sophia the Feminine Christ, Mother Mary and Anna Grandmother of Jesus, in an experiential study and meditation group.
We’ll explore passages from The Gospel of Mary Magdalene and the writings of mystics ancient and modern. Then we’ll dive deep into meditation, breathwork and embodiment to experience divine energies for ourselves. Wisdom, healing and love, love, love come rushing in as we remember… we are love, we are one, we are home.
The group will run on alternate Thursdays from 13th November. Replays will be available for one month. £10/month membership. £20/month if you can sponsor a free place. Free to those unable to contribute financially at this time - please contact me if you require this option :)
Mystic Heart One to Ones
Great news! You have all the answers you need within you. You are deeply held, known, seen and cherished by the divine source within us all. Treat yourself to a One to One on Zoom, and together we’ll create a space for you to deeply connect with your inner wisdom, knowledge and power. As an intuitive guide and energy healing facilitator, I support you to release what is ready to release, integrate new energies and get clear on issues in your life and the path forward. This all happens in a deeply embodied, restorative way.
